On Unifier : Any Version : In any environment other than Production

Expected Result:
A user should be able to open a Business Process (BP) record and/or Workflow Schema for editing/viewing without incident.

Actual Result:
Form distortion is observed. Buttons are missing and the window doesn't render completely, disallowing the user from editing/viewing.
