Symptoms

Expected Result:

A new Business Process (BP) record of BP using all workflow schemas, or a BP record should be able to be opened for editing/viewing.

Actual Result:
---------------------
Form distortion is observed. Buttons are missing and the window doesn't render completely, disallowing the user from editing/viewing.
