Fusion Global Payroll: Third Party Payment Register Not Showing Payee (Doc ID 1947008.1)

Symptoms

The Third-Party Payment Register does not display the Payee Name. It is blank

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Payroll>Checklists
2. Select the Submit a Process task
3. Select the applicable Legislative Data Group
4. Search and highlight the Third-Party Payment Register
5. Click the Next button
6. Complete the required parameters at a minimum
7. Click the Next button through to the Submit UI
8. Click OK and View Checklist
9. Monitor the process to completion
10. Review the report and note that while the records are included, the payee value is missing
