How To Update Account Address Attributes (Doc ID 1947334.1)

Symptoms

Imported some sales accounts with their corresponding sell_to addreses, mapping only the:
- SellToAddress_Country
- SellToAddress_IdentifyingAddressFlag
- SellToAddress_SiteUseType

Now the customer is trying to update the following fields of the address:
- SellToAddress_City
- SellToAddress_County

Customer is using the following mapping:
- OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystem
- OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystemReference
- Address.LocationId
- Address.City
- Address.County
- Address.Address1

When importing, the following error occurs:
"The address for this combination of party and date range already exists. (HZ-120073)."
