Symptoms
Specifically affects Calculation Manager ('Navigate' -> 'Administrator' -> 'Calculation Manager'), but can also manifest itself as not being able to open forms or pretty much anything else.
ERRORS
-------------
1). 'Error Loading Adf for module with id: bpm.Desktop Message: this.GetDocument (...) is null'
2). 'Internal Error (user@domain_1122_172436.865). Retry the operation and if the problem persists, then contact Oracle Support'.
'You have no Active Services'
3). 'Warning - An error occurred processing the result from the server.
