When Modifying An User in OIM, Receive Error: Modification Failed Because The User With LDAP GUID Doesnt Exist In The Directory (Doc ID 1948362.1)

User Modification failed at error:

Modification failed because the user with LDAP GUID cn=xxx,cn=Users,dc=oracle,dc=com doesnt exist in the directory. The users LDAP DN is {1}.


Similar error will happen when assigning a role to the problem user or when deleting the problem user

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to OIM
2. Click Administration
3. Search and open the problem user
4. Update the user information
you will get an error
