Http 500 Error on Reconfigure, but No Error Present in logs (Doc ID 1950018.1)

When attempting to reconfigure a model from an existing quote after a site restart, an HTTP 500 error occurs, but there are no errors in the error logs.

Reconfigure was working as expected prior to the site restart. No deployments were done within several hours prior to the site restart.

This issue will present itself after a site restart for existing quotes transitioning from commerce to config.

New quotes created after the restart are not usually affected by this issue
