Performance Document approval has been included in the Performance process flow. Hence the performance documents are routed for approval to the line manager's manager. In case the line manager does not have a manager assigned, then there are no error notifications received.
How can we identify which approval processes are stuck in pending status because of manager not assigned to the evaluating line manager? And how can we handle this stuck approval process?
