ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Chat Invite was not showing on the website even when agents are signed in

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Chat icon shows on the webpage when agents are logged in and available.

STEPS
-----------------------
Go to the customer webpage where the chat invite is shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customers cannot chat with agents.
