Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Set Up Compensation Management

Alternate Approver cannot view the manager submitted Workforce Compensation Plan

Client setup an alternate approver for a compensation plan and submitted the worksheet as the worksheet manager.

The approval notification was triggered to the alternate approver, but unable to access the plan when login as the alternate approver.
