When attempting to edit an IdP Connection, Users encounter a "502 Proxy" error (which may subsequently appear as a "500 Internal Server Error" error during SSO login attempts). To verify that you have experienced a 502 Proxy error, refer to the IdP Connection History Log:
1. Mouse over the Administration Tab.
2. Click the Organization option.
3. Click the Single Sign-On link.
4. Expand the History Log section to review potential errors.
