ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Welcome message in calls

When the connection is established the "welcome greeting" is not heard by the caller.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the call connection is established, the welcome message is heard shortly after.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to the customer website
2. click on the "Click to Call" invite found on the webpage
3. enter the phone number on the GUI


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, callers do not hear the "welcome message" shortly after call is established.
