In this Document
 A) Verify that the To: field in the message template is empty.
 B) Verify that there is a valid email address in the performance setting Sender Email Address.
 C) Verify that the correct message template is configured for use in Feedback Correspondence.
 D) Summary Email variables should only be used in message templates with the type "Standard notification for summary email". Remove any summary email variables configured in your feedback correspondence.
