User Can't Find Social Properties To Add To Bundle (Doc ID 1951541.1)

Symptoms

A user previously worked in a bundle that has since been deleted.

The user is trying to move the social properties that were in that bundle into a new bundle.

However, the properties are not listed in Workflow & Automation --> Resources --> Social Properties, nor are they listed if you go to edit the bundle and click "Add Social Property".

When the user is in Workflow & Automation and the Profile tab, the properties show listed in the Social Properties associated with the user profile.

If he clicks on them, it then takes him to the social property edit screen. Here you can assign users and teams to the property, but you can't add them to a bundle.

The user is able to see the properties listed in general, but the system is not including them in the list of properties to add to the bundle, as if it is leaving them out like it would if they were already associated with the bundle.

Changes

A bundle was deleted, or the associations with the bundle for those properties were deleted by a user on the account.
