Goal

BenXML Issue - Retiree Record Missing Employment Information

On client’s PPO file to BenXML, one recent retiree is missing a hire date. Creating an issue on the DTP03 code.

Client reviews the user defined Lookup values to ensure they are mapped, but they appear ok.

What is causing issue?
