Unable to Connect or Ping the Zone with Taleo Connect Client (TCC) - SSL issue (Doc ID 1953262.1)

With no changes made, TCC suddenly is not able to connect or ping the zone.  

In the case of an export, this may appear as a problem with the last run date (LRD) step.
