The Line Manager gallery card for Employment has an analytic at the bottom of the page that does not show very meaningful information.

The line graph shows salary nodes with a salary value derived from the Annualized FTE Salary, i.e. not the actual Annual Salary or Salary Amount. This is misleading for those employees on fractional FTE hours.

Hovering over the node in the line graph displays the Salary as 15.18k, which corresponds to the employee’s Annualized FTE Salary. Although they are actually on an hourly rate the customer would accept that the salary in the analytic shows as an annual amount as the graph would have to work on one scaleas there can be numerous changes over time , e.g. Annual to Hourly or reverse, making display potentially difficult. However, displaying the Annualized FTE Salary is not at all useful and potentially confusing as, in this case, the employee’s real Annual Salary is £7,592 (they have 0.5 FTE).

The requirement is for either the actual salary amount to display or the Annual Salary amount to display, not the Annualized FTE amount.
