Absence Management: Notifications For Each Transactions Are Not Working

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Notifications from the System for each transactions are not working.
Email Notifications are not working for the Absence transactions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. Employee is applying for an Absence:
1. The manager gets the notification in Work list : Notifications and Approvals
2. The email notification it is not triggered
B. When the manager Approves/Rejects the Transaction, the requester is not notified by Email
