Cannot Access Custom Child Object Tab (Related Account) On The Opportunity Simplified UI (Doc ID 1956538.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Opportunity Management

Issue on custom child object related Account on the opportunity in prod pod

After migration from staging(test-caie) to production pod(caie), facing issue in SUI Path -> Opportunity -> Open a record -> click on the related account tab.
Getting this below error and do not see the add button for this object.


ERROR

A connection to the server has failed (staus=400)
This error is currently global on this isntance so is not related to this specific issue


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Related Account UI on the Staging
SUI Path -> Opportunity -> Open a record -> click on the related account tab -> UI displays as below (absolutely fine)


Related Account UI on the Production
SUI Path -> Opportunity -> Open a record -> click on the related account tab -> UI displays as below (not at all fine) as well as whenever we click on related account we get this 400 error.
