Documents Not Showing Up In Desktop Sync Manager

When using Oracle Desktop Sync Manager 188.8.131.52 on a Windows 7 64-bit workstation, users are seeing the sync manager sync'ing the folders and files the user added, but the folders/files added by others to shared folders are not sync'ing. The cloud browser inteface however shows the updates.
