Goal

I am trying to use the Is Chat Timeout and having trouble with the positioning. Doesn't look like its working.

I have an engagement rule and its working. It pops up. I am using the relativeID option and I'm basically just trying to it to position where I want it. More around the center of the page...or maybe all the way to the right of page. Want to see which looks better but no matter what I do for the positioning, it doesn't seem to do anything. Just says to the far left. What am I doing wrong?
