ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tool not working as expected

Hi Team,

We are experiencing some issues with the LiveChat tool.
Today we have experienced:
 - Not being able to type in the tool when greeting or replying to a customer
 - Not being able to send using enter
 - A lag when sending these responses
 - Console freezing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Message is sent when agent presses ENTER.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. install Java 8 on the agent machine
2. Launch the Agent Console
3. Initiate a test chat

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, agents using Java 8 cannot send chat messages.
