When the manager changes during the performance review campaign after the performance document has already been created, the performance document stays with the old manager and the new manager is not able to evaluate. Then we need to cancel and delete everything in order to manually transfer the performance document. In our current process we need the performance document to follow the employee without deleting the content, as the objectives set with the former manager will still apply.
Same issue happens when the current manager leaves company and the employee is transferred to a new one, the performance document remains locked with the manager who left the company, therefore no one is able to evaluate.
