Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Time Card Entry
When attempting to create time card entry the following error occurs when entering start time.

Error Row 1, A value for the attribute Time Item is required.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Create time card entry
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application > Time
2. Create Time Card
3. Enter Assignment Number > Enter *T2 value
4. Enter Start time > Error
