UserDetailsService - FindSelfUserDetails Request Returns "401 Unauthorized" Response

Symptoms

When attempting to call The UserDetailsService - findSelfUserDetails using the JWT user token parameter the following error occurs.

 


2. The JWT was obtained using the steps below.

a. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud.

b. Go to Sales Forecast tab under Sales and click on the first link (highlighted in the screenshot below).

c. From the browser address bar, copy the JWT .
