Contacts Created by Form Submissions Not Valid Email Addresses Despite Validation in Place

This article will explain how it is possible for a contact to be an invalid email address when they were created via form submission where there was the validation for "Must contain a valid email address" in place. It will be explained as to how these contacts got created in Eloqua if they do not in fact have a valid deliverable email address.
