How to Add Education, Work Experience, Certification, Direct Deposit, Address, or Reference Fields to a User-defined Form in Onboarding (Doc ID 1960164.1)

Goal

Using the Structured Resume or Addresses field selection option to add Education, Work experience, Other Addresses and/or Reference fields (multi-row type fields) to a user defined form in Onboarding (Transitions) product.

The fields will auto-populate with data previously captured in the same fields during the submission process. If the data was not captured previously, the candidate can use the Add Option to enter new or additional information.
