Actionable Email Approvals not Reflected in Fusion Applications (Doc ID 1960637.1)

All approvals fail to be reflected in Fusion Applications via email. All approvals work when approving from worklist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:



To troubleshoot this issue, the following action plan was performed.

1. Enable IMAP protocol debugging .

Use How to Configure a UMS Adapter for Email Activation Processes within SOA (Doc ID 1531478.1) .  Check debug flag in step 4. Configure the UMS Email driver. Administrators must bounce before and after .

2. Go to Enterprise Manager and enable the following loggers to TRACE:32 and reproduce the issue.

Enable TRACE:32 logging for sdp  loggers

     <logger name='oracle.sdp' level='TRACE:32'/>
     <logger name='oracle.sdpinternal' level='TRACE:32'/>
     <logger name='oracle.sdp.messaging' level='TRACE:32'/>
     <logger name='oracle.sdp.messaging.client' level='TRACE:32'/>
     <logger name='oracle.sdp.messaging.driver' level='TRACE:32'/>
     <logger name='oracle.sdp.messaging.engine' level='TRACE:32'/>
     <logger name='oracle.sdp.messaging.parlayx' level='TRACE:32'/>
    <logger name='oracle.sdp.messaging.server' level='TRACE:32'/>
