We are trying to change the manager to some employees, but when we go to Change Manager option, from the person portrait, the transaction remains some days in Pending Approval Status, after that, seems to be terminated without taking any action. I'm attaching a file with screenshots of the process with one specific employee, and the email that has arrived to the Human resource specialist.
