CloudNet RAS Client connects but cannot access hosts or services beyond Gateway (Doc ID 1961655.1)

Oracle CloudNet Gateway Cloud Service - Version 9.0 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - OS Version: 7
All other windows based systems.

Symptoms

While the CloudNet Remote Access Client can successfully connect, hosts and services beyond the gateway are inaccessible; known, responsive hosts do not reply to icmp requests, email is inaccessible, file servers are inaccessible, etc. This also will apply to all Internet traffic if Backhaul is selected in the RAS Client configuration.
