We have created a new auto-synch to pull in custom opportunity fields from the Oracle Sales Cloud CRM. However, even after refreshing the entity and field mappings, we noticed that none of these fields are available to sync into Eloqua. This is the case for our users with full Customer Administrator privileged. Why wouldn't all of our opportunity fields be listed in Eloqua as fields to map?
