This article is about the Citrix GoToWebinar: Register Attendee cloud connector, which is used in Campaign Canvas and Program Builder.


The Citrix GoToWebinar: Register Attendee cloud connector does not register contacts in the event, but the contacts still pass through the campaign step. When testing the cloud connector no data is returned, but no errors are reported either. 



This is likely a new event, that is being used in Eloqua for the first time. Other events have worked perfectly, and only specific ones can exhibit this problem.
