Message when Queue is Unavailable

We are receiving a error message when Clients try to send a message during "Message when Queue is Unavailable" periods.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- log into the Account Admin portal and navigate to Departments > Chat > Queue Availability
- navigate to "Message when Queue is Unavailable during Hours of Operation" or "Message when Queue is Unavailable after Hours of Operation" and hit PREVIEW button

During off hours, customers get the error message when they click on the Chat invite.
