Symptoms

Symptom 1:  During an attempt to upload a SCORM course to the SFTP site, an error is received when the file path is entered:  "The system cannot locate the object specified"

Symptom 2:  When trying to view any files on the SFTP site, an error was received: "The LearnCenter you have requested is not available”

Symptom 3:  When attempting to import a course located on the production SFTP site into an Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) LearnCenter that is being used for integration testing, an error is received when the file path is entered:  "The system cannot locate the object specified"
