Symptoms
Unable to populate the Payables Standard Invoice Import template. When the sheet AP INVOICE INTERFACE is activated, the status of the opened file is Not Responding and the workbook freezes to an unrecoverable state.
Other template files are working. The issue appears only for the Payables Standard Invoice Import file PayablesStandardInvoiceImportTemplate.xlsm.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Download the Payables Standard Invoice Import Template from the Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER) website.
2. Click on the AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE worksheet.
3. Excel program stops responding immediately.
