Account Information Is Blank in File Import And Export

When the user SYSADMIN attempts to  access File Import and Export menu  - The Account List Of Values Drop Down  is empty


  1. Log in as User SYSADMIN  (This user is a new Fusion Applications User created for File Import Export task )
  2. Navigate to File Export and Import.
  3. Account drop down shows blank.
