AP invoice Spreadsheet Is Missing Tax Fields in R9 (Doc ID 1963802.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Invoices-Receive and Process Invoices

*** Note: Recently upgraded from R8 to R9 *****

Why can not I find the tax fields that were available in the R8 version of ADFI AP invoice spreadsheet in the R9 version?
Due to this issue I can't enter any tax lines via the ADFI spreadsheet. I have unhidden all fields, and still can't find any tax line fields in the spreadsheet.
