Goal

In TCS Total Compensation Item type formulas, client wants to show the following:
- Accrual rate which holds the accrual Value for an Employee;
- Annual Leave Accrual for an employee;
- Annual Leave Balance Before any Leave taken( Annual Leave Entitlement);
- Net entitlement after Confirmed Leaves;

What are the DBI/ Function or sample formulas to achieve this?
