On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Absence Transactions
Employee cannot request absence type when Type and Plan are eligible for him
There is one employee having issue with Absence Tool.
Employee is enrolled for 2 plans and accrual and balances have been calculated - so he is eligible for both
When Employee request absence (Absence type is also eligible for him) he get error message telling "..not enrolled or eligible for any absence plan." which is the opposite that user can see.
When his HR specialist create the Absence Request for this employee - same issue
