Symptoms
A system error is displayed to the user trying to review a manual correspondence content before it is sent to a candidate.
- Select candidate file / submission in the Recruiting Center.
- Select Actions > Send Correspondence...
- Select a manual correspondence.
- Click button Review All to review the correspondence.
- System error occurs.
