When attempting to approve a quote, the following error occurs:
Unknown error occurred. Contact system administrator.
Error Log: Unknown error occurred. Caused by: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Attempt to approve a quote with a specific list of approvers from a set of parallel nodes.
