End Date Cannot Be Populated Correctly In Account Hierachies page

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

User has entered data for values and hierarchies in the spreadsheet template. User has specified start and end date for hierarchy as 2001/01/01 and 2999/12/31 respectively.
When importing this spreadsheet data using 'Segment Values and Hierarchies Interface' the following error occurs.
Also end date shown in  Account Hierarchies page is not same as entered in the template.


ERROR
-----------------------
import segment values and hierarchy completed with error
Start date 2001-01-01 must be before end date 1999-12-31.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fill the template for importing values and hierarchies.
2. Specify start and end date for hierarchy as 2001/01/01 and 2999/12/31
