User Fails To Login To OSN After Modification Of Login ID: How To Synchronize LoginId Change Into OSN?

Solution contains the steps on how to sync a change in login id from OIM to OSN.
On Oracle Social Network (OSN) Release 9 or 10
After modifying the user information such as user login name / id in OIM, the user is unable to login to OSN, and the following error occurs:
Realm data is not unique. (USER@<DOMAIN>,cn=<user name>,cn=Users,dc=us,dc=oracle,dc=com)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify user name in OIM
2. Attempt to login using OSN
