PBCS Can't Access Financial Reports Through Mobile Device (Doc ID 1965453.1)

Goal

I was able to successfully log in on an iphone5 by using https://<companyID>.pbcs.us1.oraclecloud.com/hr/mobile/HRMobileLogon.jsp
But, when I click on the pdf symbol next to the report, it produced a blank screen.
