Thai Characters Causing Import Failures

Customer was uploading data into their master Contacts List.  Some of the data in the file were Thai characters.  They were being rejected because they were too long for the target column, so the first name and last name columns were left empty.  Customer thought this was an issue with Responsys not allowing Thai characters.
