Fusion PIM: Problems Uploading Double Byte Japan Kana Shift Data To Product Management

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Consolidate Product/Service Master Data-Manage Import Batches
When attempting to upload Japanese language based descriptions into FBDI and upload to Fusion Product Model the content is corrupted
the following error occurs.
Data content for product description shows as ???????????
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate FBDI interface with double byte Kana shift data alongside western such as "N-ﾒﾁﾙ-2-ﾋﾟﾛﾘﾄﾞﾝ/18L"
2. Upload data to Fusion
3. Japanese shift chars are lost - all displays in Fusion as "N??????-2-??????/18L"
4. Creating through UI with cut and paste all ok
