After Upgrade to Release 9 Missing Custom Fields In Source Transaction Detail After An Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to Rel 9 it was discovered that all the custom fields in the BI Incentive Compensation - Transaction Real Time subject area were missing.
Expected that after the upgrade the custom field would still be available.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reports and analytics
2. Select Create
3. Select subject area. Incentive Compensation - Transactions real time
4. select Source transaction Details
5. Some customer fields that were added are no longer available.
