 A) Determine the normalized value of the review's overall rating.
 B) Multiply the normalized value by 100 in order to show the normalized value as a percentage.
 C) Verify the threshold percentages set in the matrix or chart:
 D) Determine what threshold the normalized value falls into. The label of that threshold will be displayed in the matrix or chart view.
