Invalid Dates Cause Server Error When Scheduling BI Reports

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Scheduled BI reports fail when the schedule is submitted.
When viewing the submission screen, the timezone is absent from the dates.
This is caused by the user manually typing in the date instead of choosing the date via the date picker.
