By default, only users configured as regular FA employees and with the company's domain email address have access to OSN.
This document helps administrators to configure OSN to include external domains in a whitelist so that users from external domains can be invited to OSN conversations as guest users and / or outside users (Release 10 and higher). Also, follow these steps if you have users configured as regular FA users having a different email domain than the company's domain.
This document is applicable for OSN release 9 and later.
