Symptoms
Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > Matching Candidate Criteria
Recruiting Center > Requisitions > [select requisition] > Posting and Sourcing > Preview Matching Candidates... > Matching Criteria icon (filters panel)
These specific Candidate Matching criteria - used for Job Posting Notifications (JPN) - are checked and grayed out so they cannot be edited:
- A match exists between the "Job" specified in the requisition and the candidate's "Preferred Jobs"
- A match exists between the "Locations" specified in the requisition and the candidate's "Preferred Locations"
